Currently a director of Chris Bull Associates. Brian joined CBA in 1997 after a long career in the chemical industry where he held posts in both engineering and human resources. Some of his recent assignments have been to assist individuals and teams to create effective ways of working whilst embracing change and uncertainty. Brian also leads the CBA Consulting Skills open programme.

Trained as a chemist before embarking on a career in the Chemical Industry. He held a number of management posts before moving into organisational development where he specialised in career and outplacement counselling. David is also very skilled at running training workshops focussing on the development of individual and team working skills.

Mike has spent the whole of his career in Human Resources and Organisational Development with blue-chip organisations such as Siemens, Exxon and Infineum. Mike now works as an independant consultant and coach specialising in change and talent management. In addition to developing and running learning events he is also a visiting lecturer on the Solent University Post Graduate HRM and MBA courses. Between September 2000 and March 2008 Mike operated at board level in the traffic controls division of Siemens UK.

Led the contracting companies at Europe's largest refinery achieving zero injuries during 2004. The group were awarded the St George Earl Trophy being the ROSPA top award. After 21 years service he left to become an independant consultant focussing on Health Safety and Environment in the workplace.
